Public Test Realm Patch Notes | | Test Patch Notes Disclaimer: The test realm patch notes only apply to features that exist on the public test realms. We provide these patch notes to players who wish to know what features and changes exist in the test environment in order to more effectively test these features. World of Warcraft PTR Patch 2.0.10 The latest patch notes can always be found at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/patchnotes/test-realm-patchnotes.html General - Fixed a bug where players were occasionally not disconnected while jumping off of an elevator.
- Fel Reavers' damage increased to prevent players from unintentionally surviving aggro.
PvP - Arenas
- The Random Price Generator has been applied to Gladiator items.
Druids - When the duration of "Cyclone" ends, area buffs such as "Leader of the Pack", "Tree of Life", and "Moonkin" will now be correctly resumed. Moonkin are still silly.
- "Bear Form" and "Dire Bear Form" have been replaced with the Hunter Talent "Durid Pet" and casting these spells will now remove the druid from the player's character selection screen forever.
- The armor bonus from "Moonkin Form" has been increased from 360% to 400% (to match Dire Bear Form). Moonkin are still silly.
- The rage normalization equation has been adjusted to grant more rage until the next patch, in which we will again apply the Random Rage Normalization Generator.
Hunters - Hunters may now take druids as pets, but only if they are spotted in Bear or Dire Bear form. This requires the talent "Durid Pet" from the Beastmaster tree.
- Added the spells "Mend Durid", "Tame Durid", "Call Durid" and "Fite" to hunter trainers throughout Azeroth.
Paladins - After careful review, Paladins are still sort of gay in their Power Ranger outfits. Hey, at least you aren't Moonkin.
Priests - Are there still people playing a priest? GG
Shaman - Windfury will now proc more often on offhand hits, special attacks, changes in barometric pressure, all bodily functions and Onyxia's Deep Breath.
- In an effort to raise the effective DPS of Shaman, their aggro radius has been increased to include most of the Outlands. Additionally, Shaman can now dual wield infected squirrels.
Warlock - "Demonic Tactics" now grants the Warlock's pet a very small motorcycle with a built in octopus. It was either that, or +crit, and honestly, which is more useful to a Demo lock?
Warriors - The rage normalization equation has been adjusted to grant more rage. See Druid notes about Random Rage Normalization Generator.
- All warriors had their critical strike chance adjusted upward slightly (about 1%). Now go play for six hours with a damage meter to prove it. hey what the hell, your chances to get an Epic World Drop has been adjusted upward slightly, too. Prove it isn't!!
- "Thunder Clap" is now useable in Defensive Stance. In addition, the tooltip has been adjusted to indicate it causes additional threat. "Thunderclap " has been renamed "Sheep Raper".
- The cooldown on "Victory Rush" has been removed, and it can now be used up to 20 seconds after killing an enemy. We figured this was pretty safe, since no one bothers with this talent.
- "Unbridled Wrath" has been modified so that rather than a fixed chance to grant rage, it has an increased chance when using slower weapons and has been renamed to more accurately reflect the talent to "Mostly Uninhibited Temper Tantrum".
- "Improved Battle Shout" talent renamed to "Commanding Presence" and now increases the health bonus from "Commanding Shout" in addition to increasing the melee attack power from "Battle Shout". "Intimidating Shout" has been renamed to "What The Hell Was That Supposed To Be", because we were really confused and a little bit drunk when we made all these changes to "Shout" stuff.

For your Internet time wasting pleasure: I've added a basic FAQ in our DKP section (look under the Rules at the top). The site's appearance is now boring me, and the navigation needs work. So I'm giving the place a makeover. Expect some dust in the renovation (which I don't predict will take longer than Friday). UPDATE: Preliminary work is done. What do you think? |
