On our raids, especially in the Outlands, we may find it convenient and beneficial to get a little boost.   Things like [Blackened Basilisk] and [Flask of the Titans] may mean winning or losing on encounters where we don't quite have the strat down, or are a little shy on the gear.

So it behooves us to encourage folks who spend their precious time farming mats to make these tricks and treats.  Here are the ground rules for getting DKP for crafted consumables:

• In order for you to recieve DKP for the goods, they must be in the hands of the Stewart a minimum of thirty minutes before the raid begins.   Since the Stewart may or may not be online thirty minutes before the raid, it may behoove you to get them in earlier.
• Consumables will be valued when they are received.  This is important, because the value of some consumables may ebb and flow.
• One DKP will be awarded per 20 gold of market value, rounded to the nearest 20 gold.   Example;  At the time of delivery, Bob recieves 1dkp for a stack of Super Uber Potions of Win worth 11g 51s.
• There is a cap or limit on the amount of dkp that will be awarded per raid and by size.  10 man raids will have a cap of 5dkp which is equivilent to one boss kill, or your on-time bonus plus staying bonus.  25 man raids will have a cap of 10dkp.  That means a max contribution of 100 or 200g per raid if you decided to buy your consumables on the AH, rather than farm and craft them.
• Credit will not be granted.  If a raid does not happen, or is not scheduled, you cannot exceed the cap.  The DKP will only be awarded if the mats are in the Stewart's hands, and the raid happens.
  
• At the time of this page's writing, wowecon.com and it's in-game addon will be used to value consumables.  Values will be taken from Trollbane, Alliance-side prices - median buyout.
• It is not required to raid to receive DKP for consumables.
• The consumables do not have to be used to receive DKP.
• For items that have no listed cost - DKP can be awarded for the cost of the materials IF AND ONLY IF a bill of goods is presented with the item.   The Stewart (at the time of writing, that's Bruthah) may not want to spend half an hour first looking up the mats and then looking up the prices for stuff.
